Aimee Kippen

Hi, I’m Aimee and I love working with children to help them achieve their communication goals! As they are the voice of the future, I strongly believe in empowering every child with the confidence and ability to communicate in their personal way. I’ve always been passionate about helping others, and felt speech pathology was my way to making a difference!

Having previously worked in After School Care, I have a keen understanding of the importance of communication to the development and wellbeing of children. I strive to provide a supportive environment to allow children to achieve their communication potential! Working collaboratively with families (as they know their children best!), I make sure therapy is goal driven to meet children’s and families’ needs. With the knowledge that every child has individual needs, interests, and experiences, I deliver therapy personalised to your child to ensure they learn and flourish in a fun, welcoming, and nurturing space.

I completed my Bachelor of Speech, Hearing and Language Science and my Masters of Speech Language Pathology at Macquarie University. I am a Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia and endeavour to provide evidence-based therapy. I also endeavour to continue to expand my clinical knowledge through ongoing professional development.

When I am not at work, I love to spend time with my family and friends, relax with my two cats, and recharge by puzzling or reading a good book!
